Senior Technology Analyst
Job Summary
Contributing to the evolution of enterprise end-user computing services, the full-time Senior Technology Analyst will support and maintain technologies such as Citrix and VDI while collaborating on platform strategy and modernization efforts in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise end-user platform technologies and associated lifecycle processes
- Contribute to the development and execution of technology roadmaps, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors, architects, and stakeholders to evaluate product capabilities and future-state solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including XenApp/XenDesktop and NetScaler
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory integration
- Knowledge of High Availability design principles and secure remote access technologies
- Experience with VDI and endpoint computing platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise networking and security integration
