Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Managing Technology and AI Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, business-focused legal advice on technology, insurance regulation, privacy, artificial intelligence, and consumer protection
• Conduct complex research on laws and regulations related to emerging technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business impacts
• Perform risk analyses on key issues, considering a holistic perspective

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Significant experience in technology law, privacy law, or related fields
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Expertise in advising on emerging technologies and regulatory compliance
