Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Business Analyst - Defined Benefits Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows within defined benefits administration platforms to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Gather and validate business, functional, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with system functionality
• Debug system behavior and enhance functionality using Visual Basic and XML for system logic and data exchanges

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
• Experience supporting defined benefit pension plans or benefits administration platforms
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with Visual Basic programming and XML
• Familiarity with requirements management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Microsoft TFS
