Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Lead Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring backend technical readiness
• Manage multiple onboarding efforts simultaneously while maintaining quality and customer confidence
• Coordinate with technical teams to validate dependencies and oversee onboarding into monitoring platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; typically 10+ years of related experience or 8+ years with a Master's degree
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management or service delivery
• Direct experience onboarding customers into networked or managed services platforms
• Background in managed services, NOC, infrastructure, or enterprise IT operations
• Networking or cloud fundamentals certification (or equivalent practical experience)
