Senior Technology Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Technology Consultant will deliver a variety of services based on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, including deployment, training, and managed services, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client's critical application performance and availability, providing insights during operations status meetings
• Assist clients in troubleshooting performance issues and enhance dashboards and reports to meet user requirements
• On-board additional applications for monitoring and mentor customers on the Dynatrace Platform and best practices

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Application Performance Management, application monitoring, or related IT fields
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), specifically in .NET or Java
• Experience with web programming technologies, including JavaScript and AJAX
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
• Familiarity with application technologies such as J2EE, .NET, and Microservices
