Senior Technology Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Technology Consultant will deliver a wide range of services based on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, including deployment, training, and managed services, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze client's application performance and availability
• Assist in troubleshooting performance issues and provide training on the Dynatrace Platform
• Maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring effective communication and documentation for client engagements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Application Performance Management or related IT fields
• 1+ years of software engineering experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
• Experience with enterprise-level .NET or Java development/support
• Familiarity with application technologies such as J2EE, .NET, and database technologies like Oracle or MS SQL
