Senior Technology Content Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting adoption and proposal efforts, the full-time remote Senior Technology Content Specialist will complete technology rubrics and forms, draft technology sections of RFP narratives, and maintain accurate boilerplate content in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Complete technology-related rubrics, forms, and compliance matrices required by states and districts
• Draft, edit, and finalize technology sections of RFP narratives in coordination with proposal writers and subject matter experts
• Maintain and update the technology boilerplate library to reflect current product capabilities and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a K-12 education or publishing environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Working knowledge of K-12 edtech product categories (LMS, SIS, assessment platforms)
• Ability to read and interpret technical product documentation and specifications
• Proficiency with standard business applications such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint
