Senior Technology Developer

Job Summary

To design and build a modern, AI-native platform for member management and donor tracking, the full-time Senior Technology Developer will architect and develop systems from the ground up, proactively identify workflow inefficiencies, and implement AI-driven solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the PostgreSQL-based member and donor database, ensuring data integrity and performance
• Develop automated workflows for donor acknowledgments, membership renewals, and event communications
• Build and maintain dashboards connected to live member and donor data for reporting and analytics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of software development or systems engineering experience with production-quality code
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for API orchestration scripts
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like the Anthropic Claude API or comparable LLM APIs
• Experience designing structured databases and data models
• Deep familiarity with Google Workspace APIs, including Gmail and Calendar APIs
