Job Summary

Senior Technology Manager, responsible for managing technology operations and change initiatives across various functional areas in a full-time remote role.

• Engage in proactive issue identification and problem-solving while driving functional change within the technology group
• Coordinate training and development for departmental staff to enhance skills and ensure effective execution of technology strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management
• In-depth knowledge in primary technology areas
• Experience managing multiple technology functions is preferred
• Strong demonstrated people and technical visionary skills
