Senior Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Manager who will be responsible for leading teams of technologists, managing budgets, and driving organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor, and motivate a global team of technologists
• Manage the performance of team members through reviews, goal setting, etc
• Coordinate support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing platforms

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of technology, project management, or people management experience
• 4+ years of experience managing a team of technologists
• Undergraduate degree in technology, finance, or business
• Experience leading geographically dispersed global delivery teams
• Knowledge of programming languages and public cloud platforms
