Senior Technology Operations Owner

Job Summary

Bridging application administration and project delivery, the full-time Senior Technology Operations Owner will manage WHL applications' stability and efficiency, support cross-functional technology initiatives, and serve as backup to the Senior Systems Administrator in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as backup systems administrator for WHL applications, focusing on claims and network management
• Analyze application performance and collaborate with teams to implement system enhancements
• Lead technology projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables while tracking progress and outcomes

Required qualifications

• At least 5+ years' experience in a similar role with relevant responsibilities
• Strong understanding of applications related to claims and utilization management
• Demonstrated experience in technical project management and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as Medicare and CMS
• Experience applying Agile project management practices preferred
