Job Summary
Driving the growth of strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Technology Partner Director will manage and scale a global partner ecosystem focused on AI coding agents and app builders, working remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create product integrations and go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own partnership strategies for leading AI coding agents and app builders, focusing on product integrations and marketing initiatives
- Lead strategic partnerships from opportunity identification through launch and scale, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Drive enablement and field readiness to ensure effective positioning and delivery of joint offerings
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or partner management, with 3+ years in AI code-gen or developer tool ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching strategic ISV integrations and joint GTM motions
- Deep understanding of Developer Tool & Database ecosystems, including Postgres and AI Coding
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence various teams
- Experience navigating co-opetition dynamics and managing sensitive partner relationships
