Senior Technology Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of software delivery initiatives, the full-time Senior Technology Portfolio Manager will supervise and mentor Technical Program Managers and Scrum Masters, facilitate team ceremonies, and ensure alignment with strategic goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Technical Program Managers & Scrum Masters in best practices and team ceremonies
• Manage Azure DevOps boards, analyze performance metrics, and drive accountability through data insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and coordinate activities while addressing project risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school
• Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a VP-level role
• Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application development projects
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for task management
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and project management principles
