Senior Technology Project Manager

Job Summary

Senior Technology Project Manager is a full-time role responsible for managing the JIRA lifecycle, ensuring data integrity across systems, and acting as a liaison between operations and technology teams to deliver technical projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end JIRA lifecycle and oversee data integrity processes
• Develop standard operating procedures and support automation opportunities
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and manage project pipeline reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in operations, business systems, or a related technical-operational role
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, and process mapping tools
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets formulas and functions
• Knowledge of Commercial Solar Installation processes is a benefit
