Senior Technology R&D Engineer
Job Summary
To drive innovation in financial services, the full-time Senior Technology R&D Engineer will research, build, test, and deliver prototypes and proof-of-concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver R&D outcomes and convert business needs into executable innovation work
- Research emerging technologies and build technical solutions across multiple R&D initiatives, iterating prototypes based on feedback
- Conduct structured evaluations of AI platforms and run experiments to assess the feasibility and performance of new technologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software engineering, prototyping, or technical development experience
- Hands-on experience with modern development tools and programming languages, including React, Python, and Node.js
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD concepts, and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of data modeling, SQL, and basic data pipeline concepts
