Job Summary

Experienced in technology recruitment, the full-time Senior Technology Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles, partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and strategies, and build strong talent pipelines across various technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles, including sourcing and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and interview processes aligned with business needs
• Source and engage high-caliber technical talent through direct outreach and creative sourcing strategies

Required qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-paced environments
• Experience hiring across software engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud, QA, and mobile disciplines
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills for difficult-to-fill roles
• Proven success in closing senior and leadership-level technical hires
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
