Senior Technology Resiliency Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Resiliency Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the implementation of technology resiliency strategies and plans to ensure continuity of critical systems and operations
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify and prioritize potential disruptions and their impact on the business
• Collaborate with other teams within GTS and the broader IT organization to ensure that technology resiliency is integrated into all aspects of the technology environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations with a focus on technology resiliency and disaster recovery, or a related field
• Strong understanding of technology resiliency principles and practices, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, incident management, and testing
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing, business continuity planning, and risk management
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and resiliency solutions
