Senior Technology Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Tech Specialist to support and implement network solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support network solutions for the Investment Office, including migration from on-prem to cloud
• Provide level III support for enterprise data networks and manage incidents related to network performance
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and document all work products and deliverables for state personnel

Required Qualifications and Education

• In-depth technical knowledge of network routing and switching technologies
• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine, Cisco DNAC, and Cisco FTDs
• Strong background in supporting complex network environments
• Experience with SDN, SD-WAN, NFV, and modern networking technologies
• Proficiency in managing firewalls, load balancing, and network monitoring tools
