Senior Technology Test Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term project, the full-time Senior Technology Test Analyst will oversee testing activities for the migration of the Wealth Management Custody Platform, ensuring adherence to testing standards and coordinating complex cross-functional testing efforts in financial services environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall test strategy, plan, and schedule in alignment with project milestones
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align testing priorities and facilitate communication for resolving testing bottlenecks
• Validate test coverage, ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, and maintain comprehensive test documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test coordination or QA leadership, preferably in wealth management or custody systems
• Proven experience in large-scale platform conversion projects
• Expertise in test management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow CSM
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
