Job Summary

Overseeing the governance and lifecycle management of PENN's technology vendor portfolio, the full-time Senior Technology Vendor Manager will coordinate contract activities, maintain vendor performance visibility, and build relationships across multiple stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of technology vendors from evaluation and onboarding through renewal or termination
• Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and vendor governance activities across multiple stakeholder groups
• Maintain a centralized inventory of technology vendors, contracts, and governance records

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor portfolios and coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management and contract administration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional organizational skills with a reputation for driving accountability and execution
