Job Summary

Overseeing the governance and lifecycle management of PENN's technology vendor portfolio, the full-time Senior Technology Vendor Manager will coordinate vendor activities, manage contracts, and ensure effective collaboration among technology leaders and stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of technology vendors from evaluation and onboarding through renewal or termination
• Maintain a centralized inventory of technology vendors, contracts, and governance records
• Facilitate vendor reviews and business discussions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and tracking of commitments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or contract management
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management and governance practices
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and priorities
