Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior TechOps Engineer to enhance customer experience across its products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive measurable improvements to customer experience by resolving complex issues and removing friction points
  • Lead high-severity customer escalations, managing end-to-end resolution and creating quality documentation
  • Execute plugin strategy to improve customer confidence and predictability regarding product upgrades


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as TechOps, Support escalation, or SRE/DevOps
  • Familiarity with NetBox and its ecosystem, including APIs and plugins
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of Django and Postgres
  • Solid Linux system administration skills
  • Strong incident prioritization and leadership abilities
