Senior TechOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support scalable technology solutions, the full-time Senior TechOps Engineer will design, implement, and optimize multitenant systems while providing advanced technical support and guidance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for multitenant technology solutions
• Provide escalation and second-line support to end users and internal teams
• Identify and develop automation opportunities for operational processes

Required qualifications

• A four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or eight years of IT experience with relevant technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• At least two years of experience using an automation or scripting language, such as PowerShell
• At least two years of experience working with SQL or related relational databases
• Experience as an administrator for platforms such as ConnectWise Manage or NinjaOne
