Senior Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support transformative digital solutions, the full-time Senior Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, and translate business needs into automated systems while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and document automation opportunities
• Manage product backlog and prioritize new functionality requests while ensuring designs meet business needs

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 8-10 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Proven experience in data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and optimization decisions
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization
• Proficient in technical writing for business requirements and implementation strategies
