Senior Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support transformative digital solutions, the full-time Senior Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, gather requirements, and translate business needs into automated systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end-to-end process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and turn them into scalable system transformations
• Document Feature and Epic level Business Requirements and Acceptance Criteria for development teams using standardized Scaled Agile Methodologies

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 8-10 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Proven experience creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization
• Proficiency in technical writing for business requirements and implementation strategies
