Senior Telecom Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Telecom Engineer to design and optimize telecom solutions for contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect platforms
• Build and maintain intelligent IVRs and dynamic call flows that integrate with the smart home ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver robust telecom solutions and monitor voice infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in telecom engineering, particularly with cloud-based contact center technologies
• Proven expertise in Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect, including configuration and analytics
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation
• Familiarity with VoIP protocols and network diagnostics
