Job Summary

To enhance large-scale communication services, the full-time remote Senior Telecom Engineer will design, operate, and manage advanced voice and Unified Communications (UC) systems while providing expert support in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced voice and UC systems, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems
• Provide top-tier support and drive innovation in voice-related technologies across various initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence service architecture and prioritize Live Site requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of related experience in deploying and managing voice/UC systems
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency in resilience modeling and simulating service outages
• Strong experience with data and metrics to drive process and priority decisions
