Job Summary

To enhance large-scale communication services for IS and clinical caregivers, the full-time remote Senior Telecom Engineer will design, operate, and manage advanced voice and Unified Communications systems while providing expert support in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced voice and Unified Communications systems, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems
• Provide expert support and drive innovation in voice-related technologies across various initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address Live Site requirements effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of related experience in deploying and managing voice/Unified Communications systems
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency in resilience modeling and simulating service outages
• Experience influencing software engineering teams in translating requirements into service architecture
