Senior Telecom Engineer

Job Summary

Specializing in Voice and Unified Communications, the full-time remote Senior Telecom Engineer will design, operate, and enhance large-scale communication services, ensuring seamless integration of advanced voice/UC systems and legacy systems while providing expert support in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage advanced voice and unified communication systems to optimize performance for IS and clinical caregivers
• Provide top-tier support and drive innovation in voice-related technologies, including automation and resilience modeling
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to translate technical requirements into effective service architecture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of related experience in telecom engineering and automation
• Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling, including failure mode analysis
• Proven ability to influence software engineering teams and prioritize Live Site requirements
• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data and metrics for decision-making
