Job Summary

To enhance large-scale communication services, the full-time Senior Telecom Engineer will specialize in Voice and Unified Communications (UC), managing advanced voice/UC systems and integrating legacy systems, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, operate, and enhance communication services for IS and clinical caregivers
• Provide top-tier support in complex environments, driving innovation in voice-related technologies
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to translate requirements into service architecture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of related experience in telecom and voice/UC systems
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
• Ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making and process improvement
