Senior Telecom Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager - Telecom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Telecom and Media customers, their use cases, challenges, and goals
• Guide and support the adoption of Telecom and Media products across high-impact accounts
• Serve as a primary advocate for the Voice of the Customer within product, engineering, and leadership teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in customer-facing roles
• 10+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry
• Experience launching and scaling adoption of emerging technologies in enterprise environments
• Willingness to become an expert in the products, including hands-on demonstrations and configuration
• Strong sense of accountability with the ability to influence and lead effectively
