Senior Telecommunications Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Telecommunications Engineer (Avaya) to support telecommunications operations remotely with some travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the user community for telecommunications needs and services
• Ensure compliance with Avaya system requirements and provide application support
• Create and maintain documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications experience
• Experience in supporting, administering, and troubleshooting Avaya systems
• Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting for complex systems
• Experience in designing and implementing LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
• Ability to analyze and enhance existing systems and participate in new system designs
