Senior Telehealth Analyst

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide telehealth initiatives, the full-time Senior Telehealth Analyst will develop and manage projects related to Telehealth, including analysis, training, testing, and implementation of solutions while working remotely within Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads project initiatives and prepares comprehensive project documentation, including plans, requirements, and training materials
• Ensures Telehealth project designs meet business objectives and integrate effectively into operations
• Conducts outreach to clinical and IT teams to foster relationships and align Telehealth solutions with organizational goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of six years of related work experience
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of Telehealth technologies and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
