Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Telephony Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and maintain outbound dialer campaigns and monitor their performance
  • Oversee SIP trunk configurations, call routing changes, and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance telephony platform capabilities and troubleshoot escalated issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience supporting contact center telephony / CCaaS platforms
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering outbound dialers, preferably Five9
  • Deep knowledge of call routing and telephony integrations
  • Experience with APIs or system integrations
