Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Telephony Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain outbound dialer campaigns and monitor their performance
- Oversee SIP trunk configurations, call routing changes, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance telephony platform capabilities and troubleshoot escalated issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience supporting contact center telephony / CCaaS platforms
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering outbound dialers, preferably Five9
- Deep knowledge of call routing and telephony integrations
- Experience with APIs or system integrations
