Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Telephony Engineer to collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance telephony solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues with Genesys Cloud CX and related technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise-level solutions while maintaining technical documentation
- Act as a technical expert for support teams and coordinate day-to-day operations and projects
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- 7+ years of experience with contact center technologies
- Genesys Cloud CX Certification
- In-depth knowledge of the Genesys Cloud Platform and experience with REST APIs
