Senior Telephony Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Infrastructure Engineering who will oversee the design, implementation, and support of computing infrastructure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VoIP and PBX telephony solutions, including contract and vendor performance
• Oversee the planning and delivery of IT projects aligning with strategic goals
• Monitor and evaluate the performance, security, and availability of the IT infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
• Five years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge in network administration, VoIP systems, and Azure Cloud services
• Five or more years of supervisory experience managing technical personnel
• Must be at least 18 years of age
