Job Summary
Owning the business strategy and customer relationships in the Mid-Market space, the full-time Senior Territory Account Executive will manage sales opportunities, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with internal teams and channel partners while working in a hybrid environment based in the Miami/Fort-Lauderdale market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and achieving quarterly sales goals
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, aligning Sophos solutions to their desired outcomes while maintaining CRM hygiene
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of the mid-market sales cycle and buyer personas
- Exceptional skills in opportunity discovery, deal qualification, and negotiation
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to drive customer-first outcomes
- Solid technical acumen, particularly in cybersecurity, with the ability to articulate technology value
