Senior Test Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Test Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts for a State Government project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead test strategy, planning, and overall QA execution for the State project
• Analyze business and system requirements to design detailed test scenarios and cases
• Oversee manual testing, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software testing/quality assurance
• Strong expertise in test case development, execution, and defect management
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
