Senior Test Analyst

Job Summary

To support the successful migration of the Wealth Management Custody Platform, the remote contract Senior Test Analyst will develop and maintain test strategies, coordinate testing activities, and ensure compliance with testing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain overall test strategy, plan, and schedule in alignment with project milestones
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align testing priorities and manage defect resolution
• Validate test coverage and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and client testing standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test coordination or QA leadership, preferably in wealth management or custody systems
• Proven experience in large-scale platform conversion projects
• Expertise in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow CSM) and defect tracking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms and understanding of custody operations and regulatory requirements is preferred
