Senior Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the technical design and implementation of enterprise test automation solutions, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Test Automation will work remotely to enhance Gradera's AI-First Enterprise test automation platform, TestPhi, while collaborating with clients to achieve their automation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client goals for test automation and align with centralized COE objectives
• Design and implement enterprise-grade test automation frameworks using Gradera's TestPhi platform
• Lead the implementation phase to achieve at least 80% test coverage and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering with a focus on test automation solutions in enterprise environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Playwright web test automation and UiPath for automating tests and processes
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation for Enterprise commercial applications, particularly Oracle ERP products
• Expertise in Test data management and experience with CI/CD processes, particularly in Azure DevOps
• Strong background in BDD practices and experience with mobile app test automation technologies
