Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to provide technical leadership in automated testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-level automated testing framework for a modular application
• Execute the strategy for transitioning from manual to automated testing, ensuring maintainability and coverage
• Drive integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140-compliant certification, or ability to obtain within six months
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software test automation with senior-level ownership of automation strategy
• Deep expertise in Java and Selenium, focusing on framework scalability and maintainability
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for maintaining automated testing pipelines
