Senior Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance automation capabilities, the full-time Senior Test Automation Engineer will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for PeopleSoft HCM, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated test scripts for PeopleSoft HCM enhancements and defect fixes
• Analyze test execution results to identify defects and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and align test coverage with release priorities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of software QA and test automation experience with enterprise applications
• Hands-on expertise with OpenText UFT, including scripting and object repository management
• Experience automating testing for PeopleSoft HCM or similar enterprise systems
• Ability to analyze test failures and validate expected results
