Senior Test Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer for a full-time remote position, this role focuses on building and enhancing test automation frameworks, collaborating with Agile teams to ensure high-quality IT solutions, and independently managing the Playwright test automation framework without AI assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of existing test processes and transition manual tests to automated solutions
- Design and implement automation components/modules for use across multiple test scripts within Agile/DevOps processes
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define test strategies, create test cases, and execute automation scripts
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Playwright for UI/E2E test automation
- Minimum 3 years of experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
- Experience with Agile DevOps methods and Microsoft DevOps tools
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM) and asynchronous programming
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
