Senior Test Automation Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of SDETs in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior Test Automation Team Lead will drive quality execution across software releases for a cardiac monitoring platform, focusing on test planning, strategy, and execution tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test planning and define release-level test scope and strategy
• Drive alignment on dependencies, priorities, and release milestones while managing quality risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report on testing efforts and ensure compliance with medical device development processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in test automation and software testing
• Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium and TestNG
• Fluency in object-oriented programming languages, particularly Java or C#
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab and Jenkins
• Proven experience leading testing efforts for large-scale software releases
