Senior Test Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Test Delivery Lead (Remote in USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for testing delivery across assigned programs, ensuring alignment with program milestones and business priorities
• Act as the primary coordination point between various teams, managing cross-functional dependencies and resolving issues promptly
• Participate in governance forums, manage program-level risks, and drive continuous improvement through metrics analysis

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in healthcare data and transactions, including HIPAA X12 and NCPDP D.0 pharmacy claims
• Proven leadership experience across the full testing lifecycle, including SIT, E2E, and UAT
• Strong technical capabilities with tools such as ALM, Jira, and experience in AI-driven testing
• Experience in executive reporting and risk management within a governance-driven environment
