Senior Test Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Providing program-level oversight, the full-time Senior Test Delivery Lead will manage testing delivery across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedules, and quality expectations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee testing delivery for assigned programs, monitoring progress, risks, and quality outcomes throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Coordinate with Test Delivery Leads, Release Test Managers, and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in governance forums, report program health through metrics, and manage risks and issues effectively

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, particularly in large healthcare or government programs
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data transactions, including HIPAA X12 and NCPDP D.0 pharmacy claims
• Proven leadership experience across the full testing lifecycle, including SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT
• Strong technical skills with tools such as ALM, Jira, and experience in AI-driven testing and automation
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on risk management and team alignment
