Key Responsibilities

• Learn client systems and business scope, write and execute test cases, and document results
• Create large datasets for testing and validate outcomes while collaborating with the team
• Provide goals and performance feedback for team members, potentially involving automation testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in manual or automated testing or IT-related roles
• Experience in creating test plans and documenting test results
• Proficiency in data-focused testing, including data creation and output review
• Working knowledge of issue/bug tracking tools, such as Jira
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
