Senior Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Test Engineer - Firmware.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale automation by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing infrastructure for embedded Linux and RTOS firmware
• Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, and Application Software Engineers to ensure testability is integrated into the design
• Mentor the team in planning and delivering comprehensive QA strategies, including automated and manual testing efforts

Required Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in embedded systems and firmware testing
• Advanced knowledge of Unix-like operating systems
• Familiarity with HDLs and programming/scripting languages such as C/C++, Rust, Python, or Bash
• Team-player mindset with a collaborative and flexible approach
• BSc degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another STEM discipline (preferred)
