Senior Test Engineer

Job Summary

Leading enterprise IT testing activities, the full-time Senior Test Engineer will manage the end-to-end test lifecycle, ensuring infrastructure and application changes are validated for accessibility, functionality, usability, and performance while coordinating with SEC stakeholders and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT testing programs, developing comprehensive test strategies and overseeing all testing phases
• Direct testing operations for accessibility, functionality, usability, and performance, including Section 508 compliance testing
• Manage defect identification and test automation efforts, delivering accurate testing metrics and status reporting

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience leading enterprise IT testing programs
• Experience with all phases of test planning and execution, including defect management and automation
• Experience performing accessibility, functionality, usability, and load/stress testing in enterprise environments
