Senior Test Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time Senior Test Engineer working remotely, the successful candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions by collaborating with development teams, implementing structured testing practices, and developing automated testing frameworks using tools like Cypress and Playwright.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing and quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle
- Define and implement automated and manual testing strategies, including performance and security testing
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for front-end, backend, and API testing
Required qualifications:
- At least 6 years of commercial experience as a Senior Test Engineer
- Practical experience in an agile environment and developing automation testing frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Python and automation testing frameworks, ideally with Playwright
- Experience with performance and load testing, and version control tools like Git
- Practical experience creating test strategies for large-scale enterprise applications
